Products

What types of products do you sell?

Marley Vines Studio offers thoughtfully designed goods for pet and nature lovers, including stickers, magnets, printable pet care planners, and digital planners. Our collection continues to grow with designs inspired by animals, nature, and everyday life with pets.

How can I tell if a product is physical or digital?

Each product page clearly indicates whether the item is a physical product that will be shipped to you or a digital download. Digital products do not include a physical item.

Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital files?

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase—nothing will be shipped to you. Once your order is completed, you'll receive access to download the files associated with your purchase.

Can I print my planner or use it digitally?

Most of our printable PDF planners can be used either way. Print them at home or through a print shop, or import the PDF into a compatible annotation app to write on it digitally.

Products specifically labeled Digital Planner are designed primarily for digital use, although the PDF can technically be printed.

What apps can I use with the planners?

PDF annotation apps such as Goodnotes, Notability, and Adobe Acrobat can be used with our planners. App compatibility and features can vary by device, so check the individual product details for any product-specific information.

What size are the printable planners?

Our current planners are designed in US Letter size (8.5 × 11 inches) unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Stickers & Magnets

Are the stickers waterproof?

Our current vinyl stickers are made with a matte, waterproof, UV-resistant and scratch-resistant laminate and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They have an estimated outdoor durability of approximately 3–5 years under normal conditions.

Where can I use the magnets?

Our magnets are designed for magnetic metal surfaces and can be used indoors or outdoors. Keep in mind that not every metal surface is magnetic, so we recommend testing the surface first if you're unsure.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Physical orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery time after shipment will depend on the destination and shipping service.

Digital products don't require shipping and are delivered electronically.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because digital products are delivered electronically and physical orders may begin processing quickly, cancellations or changes may not always be possible. If you notice an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know what options are available.

What if my physical order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us if there is a problem with your order. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we'll work with you to make it right.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Digital downloads are generally non-returnable due to the nature of the product. Return eligibility for physical products is governed by our current return policy. Please review the Refund Policy linked in the site footer for full details.
