Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Marley Vines Studio purchase. Please review the information below for our return and refund policies.

Physical Products

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@marleyvinesstudio.com within 14 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.

Because we are a small independent shop, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant downloads, digital purchases are non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed.

If you experience an issue with your files or receive the wrong file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a physical product order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
